OUR CULTURAL ATTRIBUTES (4 OF 4)

This week, we feature our final three cultural attributes. Last week, we featured Leadership developer, Christ centred and Bible based. 

Guide to Communicate Cultural Attributes– 4 of 4 Core 

Value 8 - Holy Spirit Empowered

Attribute - Having our whole being filled, controlled by and walking in the Spirit, enabled to be who we are created to be

Scripture: Acts 1:8, Jude 1:20, Romans 8:5-14

Impartation Guide:
  • Joyfully praying in the Spirit at all times
  • Testify how the Spirit leads you and its blessings when you obey the voice of the Holy Spirit
  • Testify how the Spirit of God reveals His plan and purpose for your life 
  • Share how the Spirit empowers you to overcome your weaknesses 
  • Encourage leaders to be aware of God’s leading in daily work 
Core Value 9 - Disciple-making

Attribute - Wholistic mentoring, being accountable, investing heart and time

Scripture: Matthew 28:19-20, 2 Tim 2:1-2

Impartation Guide:
  • Share your personal experience of being discipled 
  • Give a testimony of someone who was convicted to become a shepherd (mentor) 
  • Testify about a shepherd (mentor) who is willing to sacrifice for the sheep (menthe) 
Core Value 10 - Apostolic Oriented 

Attribute - Living as a sent people, establishing foundations, initiating breakthroughs

Scripture: Acts 10:9-18,28, 34-35, Ephesians 4:10-12

Impartation Guide:
  • Highlight a person who started a new initiative/ministry in the church 
  • Demonstrate openness to new ideas, strategies, procedures and opportunities 
  • Challenge each life leader to desire birthing a new Life Group
