HOPE CABUYAO - LOVING AS ONE

 

In the beginning of May 2020, we came up with a relief effort called 'Bayanihan to love as One' to help families in the church who were affected by COVID-19 Pandemic. Due to a total lockdown in our area, some were not able to go to work and others relied on financial assistance from the government. Despite the hardships due to the pandemic especially in the financial aspect, we are blessed by the generosity and kindness of some friends in the church who donated and allocated funds reflecting their desire to help others. We used the funds and donations by reaching out for help to families in need and gave out the first and second batch of food supplies - rice, canned goods and milks to 16 families.

We also made sure in our third batch of relief efforts, that the children and the elders be given enough vitamins. Just recently, we also prepared face masks and alcohol for them. Indeed, this pandemic will not cease such incredible efforts to be as ONE church reflecting the heart of being a servant. Praise God! By
