HAPPY 2ND BIRTHDAY HOPE HONG KONG

Hope Hong Kong turned 2 this July! We are celebrating His everlasting faithfulness and love for us, with the theme ‘Home’. 

A year ago, God blessed us with Ps 46:1 – God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble. He wanted us to use our church as a refuge for the broken lives in Hong Kong. Indeed, with open sharing and mutual trust, God moved the hearts of people. They were touched by the warmth of this family and decided to call Hope Hong Kong their home.

In the last year, God enlarged our tent in various aspects. 

• Our first church service was held on 12 October 2013. 
• Our church venue is strategic as it is located 1 minute from a train interchange station in Yau Ma Tei, one of the densely populated districts. 
• 7 salvations and 1 rededication in the last 9 months 
• The number of church members have grown more than a 100% 
• The highest record for service was during 2nd anniversary with a total of 44 people. 
• We have birthed our 2nd life group Over 150 visitors from different parts of the world attended our church service within a period of 9 months. 

We thank God for open doors and the seeds sown. His faithfulness never left us. Not only did He bring in salvations, numerous life transformations took place in people’s lives. They were encouraged and committed themselves to fervently serve Him in our church. In the year to come, we are expecting even greater miracles. All we need to do is to seek His ways with obedience and He will bring us to the Promised Land.
