Cultural Attribute - Raising servant-leaders, intentional growing of new leaders, coaching emerging leaders
Scripture: John 13:1-17, Matthew 10:1-20, Titus 1:5
Impartation Guide:
- Encourage leaders to serve others such as to allow visitors to have their meal first during lunch time after corporate worship service even though they may be hungry
- To impart the spirit of intentional developing new leaders, we can model it by bringing a younger leader with us in ministry in order to spend time with the younger leader and to give them more exposure
- To live out the culture of coaching emerging leaders, we make time to coach our second even third tier leaders
Cultural Attribute - Kingdom mentality in making choices and evaluating our motives, conforming to His image
Scripture: 1 Cor. 7:25-35, 1 Cor. 8:9-13, Col 1:15-23
Impartation Guide:
- Share an instance how you made a life decision based on what is best for the Kingdom of God
- What would Jesus have me do
- Recount how you felt in awe of Christ as church members extended you grace when you made a mistake
Cultural Attribute - Letting the Bible govern us, speaking the Word into each other’s lives, taking the message into our world.

Impartation Guide:
- Quote an instance when the word of God (Rhema) spoke to you and how you obeyed it
- Share an instance how a student or working person lives out Biblical values in their campus or workplace or how a family uses biblical values in their parenting
- Give a specific example of blessings experienced when you obeyed the word of God
