Greetings,
Hi! To the brothers and sisters in our HIM family, I send you my greetings and greetings from our family of churches all over the world. Let me communicate with you the latest events that have been happening.
European Leaders Conference
I have just returned from our European Leaders Conference. It was held in London and there were 180 of us who got together from all our leadership teams in Europe. I am so happy to report that things are progressing well in Europe. Our brothers and sisters in Eastern Europe, Germany, the UK plus Norway and France are excitedly moving along with the vision of planting churches. Things are developing. We have contacts from different places in Europe. We also have our brothers and sisters from Germany who are going to move over to France as well. Various ones are looking at building up contacts and in the near future, I believe we are really going to see many more church plants happen in Europe. I can see the unity among the brothers and sisters.
We formed the European Missions Summit meetings, we got together and a team is going to continue to work on how to advance in our mission work and our church work over in Europe. Therefore, I am very excited. I am very pleased that Ps. Prakich is doing a wonderful job over there. He has been stretched and has been working very hard, at his local church in Leeds, the UK churches and looking after our work in Europe as well. I want to commend all the brothers and sisters over there.
In closing this address, brothers and sisters, God is doing various different things around our movement and around the world. HIM is moving along and as we look towards the close of this year, I think God has been moving in various areas and various ministries. God has been raising our leaders and I am very optimistic that in the next few years, in what we have planned in our strategic planning, I am sure we are going to see many different things coming to pass and it is a very positive development. Therefore, I invite you to come in January and hear what God is doing and share life together.
Therefore, I believe it is going to be a wonderful and exciting conference; being able to meet together as a global family of churches.
God bless you as you prepare for Christmas and as you prepare towards the end of the year. I really believe God will continue to shine His favor and bless our churches worldwide. Amen.

Malaysia National Convention
I also want to just inform you on what is coming up. At the end of this month in November, we are going to have our Malaysian National Convention, where about 2000 of us are going to come together and it is going to be a wonderful time of just hearing the Word of God and sharing together and moving ahead in God's mission and God's vision as well.

Global Conference in Chiang Mai, 2012
In January 2012, we are going to have our Global Conference in Chiang Mai, so once again registration is open. I want to invite many more of you to attend as well. So far, about 100 have registered and I am sure many more are making their way and filling in their forms. I want to encourage you to be a participant at the Global Conference so we can really come together to bond and to share about what we want to do in the future years to come.

It is about a Missional Church - how we are going to continue to advance in God's mission, how we are going to be adapting to various situations around communities and cultures of the world. How we are going to be relevant in our message, relevant in our church services, relevant to the community. How we are going to be intentionally really moving into the marketplace and being able to touch the communities around us as well.
We have also invited a guest speaker, Ps Phil Pringle from C3 church (Sydney, Australia) and apostle of C3 Global with nearly 300 churches worldwide to come and share with us his inspiration, his ministries and his life.
Therefore, I believe it is going to be a wonderful and exciting conference; being able to meet together as a global family of churches.
