HOPE GOLD COAST CHRISTMAS CELEBRATIONS

‘Feast of Lights’ was an innovative upgrade for Hope Gold Coast’s signature Christmas Service to bless the community in December. Eighty four people attended the halls decked with gold laden pine cones, a fun photo booth, carols, and the twinkle of fairy lights galore.

Ps. Lance shared a message of love and how all people involved in the Christmas narrative were objects of God’s affection and grace.

To preface the event, the church ventured out in the community in full force to bless those doing it tough with many hampers and Christmas cheer. A special God inspired project involved the kids partnering with the adults to do treasure hunts in the community and hand out gift cards and invitations to the ‘Feast of Lights’ event. Our media team captured the process on film to show at the service.

The beautiful ladies in church also put together a plethora of gifts and shoeboxes to send to Samaritans purse. The gifts were distributed to poor areas in South East Asia.

Good food, friends and family gathered to celebrate Christ’s love during the month of December. A big thank you to everyone for putting their heart and soul into this event and Chrissy celebrations.
