HOPE BRISBANE: MOTHER'S DAY SERVICE

It was a Mother’s Day to remember for Hope Church Brisbane on 10 May 2015. With special Mother’s Day services across our church’s four locations, no mother missed out on their special day! This year’s theme was “Generosity: the world is richer because of you”. 

The sermon, by Joan Foo, called the congregation to love like God who is the essence of generosity. Drawing parallels with the love of a mother, the speaker shared that the love of God is a love that endures, that transforms and that restores lives.









After the service, there was an exclusive Mother’s Day luncheon where all the mothers received a delicious lunch spread with 5‑star service and priority access to the photo booth. All in all, it was a fantastic opportunity to express gratitude to all the mothers. Indeed the world is richer because of their love.
