HOPE KUALA LUMPUR MANDARIN CHRISTMAS SERVICE

It was a Christmas with a difference. It was a night with the aim to declare the glory of God in our midst. It was a night of claiming the promise in John 12:32 "And I, if I be lifted up from the earth, will draw all men unto me." 



Hope Kuala Lumpur Mandarin Service celebrated 2014 Christmas with a simple message "The Glory of God is here" on 20th December, 2014. A total of 300 members and visitors celebrated with us during that night. The programme of that night from worship,presentation and sharing were aimed to share the glory of God. The highlight of that night was the presentation of a short movie testimony of the real story of "Alex Chan’s" family.



God amazingly sent a messenger to reach out to Alex in June 2012 in the hospital. He shared that his mum’s supernatural healing during that time was God's grace on his family. There was a calling to equip himself with the word and to bring the gospel of Christ to heal the broken hearts and set the captives free in his family. True enough, two years later, his mum went back to the Lord on the same date (June 2014), the messenger shared the message to Alex. Through Alex’s obedience to God's calling, a total of 29 of his family members have been saved in the past two years. Four of his sisters have been set free from depression and are not depending any medication today. They are serving as LG leaders, worship singers and musicians in the church. The whole family has also pioneered a church in their hometown, Kalumpang.



The life transformation testimony of God's power many hearts that night. Many responded to God's love. We saw four visitors accepting Christ into their life. God is doing a mighty work in our midst. We saw family clans coming to Christ in our church...clan after clan. Glory be to our God.
