HOPE PHILIPPINES 16TH ANNIVERSARY

Hope Philippines Church celebrated its’ 16th Anniversary on August 11, 2013, with the theme “Connect with Jesus.” Our guest speaker for this event was Ps. James Loke from Singapore who came and visit us once again. God touched many lives to join our event, we were over 350 in our celebration. There were many who came to accept Christ as their Savior and Lord that day. 

As Christians, we become sons and daughters of God, therefore co-heirs with Christ Jesus. However, as we live our daily lives here on Earth, we sometimes veer away from the palm of God and engage ourselves in worldly activities. At this point, we tend to lose focus on God and instead focus on things we love to do such as work, studies, business, families, friends etc.

Our theme “Connect with Jesus” reminds us that God’s grace was sent out to save us from our sins. Christians are saved from the eternal damnation when Jesus Christ died for our sins on the Cross. We then renew our love for God by dedicating our lives for Him and to Him. We were born to do the will of our Lord God, by reconnecting with Jesus, we are reminded of that purpose.
