The blessings of Joseph
I am still being impressed and being challenged by what I see in the bible about Joseph. So I'm going to share about Joseph while we plan for 2013 in our churches. I believe you should continue to believe God for His favor upon all our churches and upon your life as well. I see in the life of Joseph, God opening opportunities for Joseph. God brought surprising contacts. God brought surprising open doors, such that Joseph was able to walk into them and be able to see that God was bringing blessings into his life and the people around him. I want to continue to encourage us to believe for God's favour in your situation - that you will believe that God will favour you through people, through opening doors in certain places that God's favour will help you to see that His blessings can continue to advance your ministry and continue to advance our church in the different places where we are. I want to pray that the blessings of Joseph and the favour of God will rest upon you as you walk with God faithfully.
The fruitfulness of God
I also want to ask that we continue to believe God for the fruitfulness of God. The fruitfulness that enables us to see abundance. Fruitfulness to see souls coming to the Kingdom of God. Fruitfulness to see that we are able to bring the Gospel to many more people and places as well. I also want to believe that we can see fruitfulness in the harvest that we are believing God for. You know Jesus says that the harvest is plentiful. I believe Joseph was a man who saw the harvest and he saw the fruitfulness of God. Let's believe God for 2013 that we will see a greater harvest. And I also want to believe God that in the fruitfulness, we are also able to advance further, further than the present territory, further than the present ministry that we are embarking on, and further as well to see more teams, more people, leaders being prepared, ministry heads being prepared, so that we can really expand this fruitfulness.
So as you plan for 2013, I trust that in this video, and in my communication with you, you will continue to yes, see the favour of God and secondly continue to plan for fruitfulness in the 2013 year. I am continually praying, seeking God, that our HIM family will certainly advance further more than what we've ever done in the last 10-20 years, and next year will also be a tremendous year for every one of us.
Finally, I would like to add, as we come to the end of the year, it is always good to do an evaluation and appraisal. Appraise yourself, evaluate yourself, evaluate our own fruitfulness in God. I remember in Corinthians where Paul says, "I planted, Apollo's watered, God gave the increase". You know we are all planting, we are all sowing, and with our labour with what we are investing for the Lord, I believe we need to ask ourselves, "Where is God placing His fruitfulness? Where is God adding the increase?" We need to seek God. We need to evaluate ourselves and see whether we have been investing and whether we have been planting strategically, carefully, such that we see God favouring us with His fruitfulness. I trust that as you come to the end of the year that you will spend some time seeking God and giving those days and time so that you hear from God as well. I believe with that you can come out the next season even more strategic, even more clear in what you want to do, and definitely better in the way we use our time and ministry as well.

The fruitfulness of God
I also want to ask that we continue to believe God for the fruitfulness of God. The fruitfulness that enables us to see abundance. Fruitfulness to see souls coming to the Kingdom of God.
