Favor of God
It is great that I am able to communicate my hearth with you through this message. Lately I've been reminded again about Joseph. I shared about being supernatural in my last message and I've been meditating and thinking about Joseph. There are two areas that I'd like to communicate with us about Joseph in this message. The first area is about supernatural favor. Joseph had favor with God and he definitely had favor with people - in Potiphar's house, in prison and finally with Pharaoh. The favor of God was with him and as the favor of God rested with him, he was being blessed but more importantly, that favor blessed people around him. He had favor with the people he worked under, he had favor with people that he was blessing as well.
Brothers and Sisters, I'd really like to pray and communicate that everyone of us continue to receive the favor or God. The favor of God has to do with our heart attitudes. Joseph was pure in his heart. He never took advantage. He never took revenge. He never had evil motives in his heart. And even as he was being taken advantage of by his family, by the work situation that he went through, Joseph kept a heart that was right and pure with God. I'd like to encourage us to really continue to walk right with God and to continue to walk in a way that God sees our heart and that favor of God rests with us because we all want to be people of blessing, wherever we are, in whatever we serve in, whether it be ministry or whether it be in the community or in our work, I really want to pray that God's favor rests with all of us so that we are able to influence our community, we are able to influence people around us, and we are able to influence our superior. May the favor of God continue to rest with everyone of us in a supernatural way.
Brothers and Sisters, with the favor of God resting upon us, we should be able to see fruits and we should be able to see results from our life and from people and from the situations around us. I really want to pray that we will be able to see the favor of God such that our ministry, our influence is able to expand and enlarge around us. I pray that that will happen to you.

Growing in maturity
The second area that I see in Joseph's life is a maturity that is supernatural in some ways. Joseph was mature beyond his age. In his early twenties, in Potiphar's house, in prison and finally at the age of thirty in the courts of Pharaoh, Joseph demonstrated maturity that was really supernatural.
Brothers and Sisters, with maturity other people are able to depend on us. Other people are able to entrust greater responsibility upon us because we are able to absorb those responsibilities and carry them out successfully. We are able to have other people come to us and their lives are able to depend on us. They look to us for solutions. They look to us for wisdom. They look to us for how they are able to even manage their lives successfully as well. Joseph was able to look after the affairs of Egypt. Joseph was able to look after the responsibilities entrusted to him in prison and in Potiphar's house. I would like to again pray that everyone of us would be able to see this maturity over a progressive period of time as God prepares our heart, as God entrusts responsibility to us, we will grow in that area of maturity so that year by year as we go on with God, we are able to take on greater responsibility.

Brothers and Sisters, the time is coming upon us, the time is coming upon the Church whereby we need God's people to rise up. Rise up in favor, rise up in maturity, so that we are able to carry God's responsibility towards the community, we are able to carry God's program, God's plans towards the community that we live in and the ministry that carry. I really want to pray that wherever we are, whichever parts of the world, God's favor will be with you, God's maturity will continue to arise out of your life. That we grow to be people who are able to take God's program successfully into this world and into our community. I'm believing that in our church, I'm believing that in our ministry, I'm believing that in the areas that we serve before God, we are able to really expand God's program. We are able to take God's Kingdom into our community, such that many more would be won into the Kingdom of God, many more would look at us and say, "Hey this person has the wisdom of God. This person has the Spirit of God. This person has the favor and has the maturity of God." And they are attracted into the Kingdom because of our favor and because of the maturity that we show in our life.

Praying for more favor & maturity
Brothers and Sisters, I'm really excited to continue to believe God that each one of us will be significant people in our community. Each one of us will be a key person in our community. Whether we look after five people, ten persons, 100 persons, 500 people, etcetera, our lives, that is in maturity and having the favor of God, will be something that people around us look at us and they are wanting to see something more in their life through everyone of us. I pray that this will happen to you as you listen to this message, I pray that the Spirit of God will begin to work in you. That God's presence will continue to work supernaturally in you in bringing God's favor in maturing you more and more to be able to really grow God's work in your community in where you are. God bless you. Until the next time that I communicate with you, I really believe that the Spirit of God, the supernatural work of God will continue with you and through you as well.
