Supernatural work of the Holy Spirit.
In the beginning of this year, I have been really dwelling and asking the Lord for a greater work of God in our churches. I felt impressed about the area of the Holy Spirit and as we went along last month, I felt more and more that we need to continue to seek God for the supernatural work of the Holy Spirit in the midst of our churches and working in the lives of our people. So let me just dwell on this thought of the supernatural. We believe God that the Holy Spirit will continue to do supernatural work among our people. That as we go about serving God, as we go about expanding the lives of our people for the Kingdom of God, we want to believe God that what is being done will be through the power of the Holy Spirit as well. That we will begin to see more and more supernatural works among our people.

Firing up the gifts of Holy spirit
Supernatural could also mean that the Holy Spirit continues to fire up gifts of the Holy Spirit in our lives as leaders, as members, as we go about ministering to one another. Supernatural could also mean that we believe God and we seek God and pray and we see God's miracles happen more and more in our churches and in the lives of our people as well. I would like to really believe this year that we will have testimonies and the reality of the supernatural work of the Holy Spirit in our churches and in many, many parts of the world. Come, seek God together with me that we will see supernatural works of God, supernatural work of the Holy Spirit.
Share with us, testify, email me about what God is doing in the midst of your lives and the people through the Holy Spirit.
Building a spirit of Excellent
The second area that I have been impressed on is this word of 'excellence'. That is, we need to build our church to be a church of excellence and likewise, we also do an excellent work with our churches and with our people. Excellent work means that we input into the church excellently in the area of sharing the Word of God, in shepherding our people, mentoring our people, in building them up, excellence in our program. As we continue to build this church with an excellent spirit, with an excellent attitude, with excellent input from each one of us, we are going to see the quality continue to do well with quality as we know God will continue to add fruits to each one of us. I really want to encourage us that we, as God's people and God's leaders, go about doing God's work with a spirit and energy of excellence. With excellence God will continue to add to our churches as well. I really want to encourage you, sit down, pray, reflect on how we are doing the work of God.
I want to encourage you, excellence is necessary so that we will be able to really call upon God who is an excellent God Himself and we therefore do this work with His attitude of excellence.

Offer the best to the Lord
Brothers and sisters, continue to mediate on these two thoughts, I believe God will help us and God will enable us to be able to see the supernatural work of the Holy Spirit and as we, with a Godly and excellent attitude, build God's church, build God's people. Do not be sloppy. Do not be careless with doing God's work and building God's church and building God's people. We need to be people who are really doing God's work with a great sense of destiny, great sense of what the Holy Spirit wants us to do with His people.
